Need to report an issue or send feedback?

Visual Scales includes a simple way to notify us directly from within the app.

In the app:

1. Open any lesson screen

2. Tap the spanner icon (top left)

3. Enter your message and submit

Your message will be sent to us for review.

​

The in-app support feature is a one-way message system.

• You will not receive a reply in the app

• Messages are reviewed and used to fix bugs and improve the app

If you need a direct response, please use email support.
