🧾 Data Removal Request – Visual Scales
Request Deletion of Your Data
If you would like to request deletion of your data from the Visual Scales app, you can do so using the form below.
We take your privacy seriously and will process all valid requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
🔐 Data Removal Code (Important)
To help us locate your data securely, Visual Scales provides a Data Removal Code within the app.
You can find this in:
👉 Settings → Data Removal Code
This code is linked to your device and allows us to identify your data without requiring an account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your request is processed, we will remove data associated with your use of the Visual Scales app, including:

Your in-app nickname

Gameplay data (such as scores and progress)

Associated device identifiers stored in our systems
This data is stored using our backend provider (PlayFab) and will be permanently deleted where applicable.
How to Submit a Request
Please complete the form below with the following:

Your Data Removal Code (required)

Your nickname (if set in the app)

Any additional details (optional)
👉 Important: Since Visual Scales does not require account registration, the Data Removal Code helps us accurately locate your data.
Processing Your Request

We aim to respond to requests within 30 days

We may contact you if additional information is required

Once processed, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems
Important Notes

Data deletion will result in the loss of your progress and scores

Some limited data may be retained where required for legal or operational reasons

Requests without a valid Data Removal Code may not be processed
